This assessment required the development of a reflective response based on participation in agile stand-up meetings during Weeks 3 to 6 of the course. The reflection was expected to demonstrate how agile stand-ups influenced the progress of the Assessment Task 2 Project Proposal (Response to RFP), identify areas for improvement in the process, and critically evaluate the relevance of agile stand-ups within professional industry contexts. The submission fulfilled these requirements by illustrating how structured stand-ups supported project coordination, enhanced communication, and aligned team goals. Key contributions included collective decision-making, effective delegation, and early identification of project challenges. Areas needing refinement were also identified, including inconsistent participation, time mismanagement, and the lack of documentation. The use of digital project management tools and clearer task assignments was proposed as a solution to improve meeting outcomes. The evaluation extended to industrial applications of agile stand-ups, highlighting their benefits in dynamic project environments, while also acknowledging potential drawbacks such as reduced effectiveness in large or disengaged teams. Overall, the reflection demonstrated applied understanding of agile principles in group-based project settings, integrating both theoretical insight and practical relevance.
