This assessment required the development of a concise pitch deck and a written report that included a detailed explanation of a digital business idea, a completed Business Model Canvas, and a personal action plan. The aim was to demonstrate the practical application of digital entrepreneurship principles while ensuring the idea is ethical, feasible, and socially impactful. The proposed venture, Telehealth for Rural Australia, is a digital health platform tailored to underserved communities with limited access to healthcare. The pitch deck effectively presents the core problem, solution, target audience, market fit, and implementation strategies. The written component clearly addresses the WH questions (Who, What, When, Where, Why, and How), outlining the project’s scope, timeline, and social value. A structured Business Model Canvas highlights critical elements such as customer segments, channels, key resources, and cost structure to justify the business's viability. The action plan includes clear milestones, required resources, potential challenges with mitigation strategies, and personal motivation, showcasing a well-prepared path toward real-world execution. The submission aligns with learning outcomes by applying theory to practice, supporting arguments with research and examples, and communicating professionally in a business report format.
