This assessment involved critical analysis of a patient case study within an isolated healthcare setting. Key requirements included identifying clinical deterioration, explaining the pathophysiology of septicaemia, outlining emergency nursing actions, and evaluating communication and ethical challenges. Strategies for maintaining professional and personal safety were also addressed. The response covered all six components using Colbee Anatjari’s case, highlighting clinical indicators of sepsis such as tachycardia, fever, and altered consciousness. The pathophysiological explanation focused on immune dysfunction linked to diabetes and RHD. Immediate nursing interventions included IV access, oxygen therapy, monitoring, and antibiotic administration. Communication was structured using the ISBAR framework. Ethical considerations were examined in the context of dual relationships. Cultural competence, legal documentation, and post-incident support strategies were incorporated to meet the assessment criteria.
