This assessment required a 15-minute recorded individual interview presentation supported by 10–15 PowerPoint slides, integrating personal experiences with key leadership and management concepts studied in the course. The aim was to prepare for a real-world professional interview scenario, where responses to five scenario-based questions had to be backed by theory and self-reflection. The presentation clearly addressed each interview prompt, demonstrating deep engagement with course content. Key theories were applied, such as Goleman’s Emotional Intelligence, Self-Leadership Strategies, Intrinsic Motivation Theory, and Futures Thinking on Innovation. Personal insights were thoughtfully integrated, including MBTI results (INFJ) and overcoming imposter syndrome using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). The script explained how to manage team diversity with psychological safety, sustain motivation post-pandemic, and promote innovation while managing personal “dark side” traits. Overall, the assessment met and exceeded expectations through strong storytelling, critical reflection, and research-based application.
