Mapping the Mind of the Consumer: Self-Referencing and Involvement as Drivers of Effective Marketing Communication

This assessment required a 3,000-word individual literature review to identify and explain key themes from consumer research journals that influence consumer involvement and self-referencing, with direct relevance to marketing. The final section (approximately 500–600 words) was dedicated to analyzing the marketing implications of these findings in a specific industry of the student's choice.
