You no doubt recall that Assignment 1 was about using the PESTEL framework to identify the environmental factors facing your chosen organization (i.e., one of the Australian health insurance providers identified as options in the last assignment’s instructions). Assessment 2 is intended to build on those earlier findings to identify the organization’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats using the SWOT analytical framework. As such, this assignment should be based on the same organization that you chose in Assessment 1.
