This assessment required the development of a Professional Development Reflective Journal (PDRJ) that integrates insights from five weekly self-evaluation activities. The journal was to critically reflect on personal values, strengths, preferences, and career goals, supported by course theories and at least five readings from the course list. The task also involved demonstrating self-awareness, career planning, and professional reflection aligned with workplace performance tools. The final submission consolidated weekly reflections into a coherent narrative of personal and professional development. Self-assessments such as the Career Adapt-Abilities Scale, Career Anchors, Work Values Inventory, and Career Environment Fit were analyzed to explore career direction, key motivators, and workplace preferences. Each week’s reflection was reviewed and refined, allowing for deep insight into career adaptability, soft skill strengths, and growth areas like self-confidence and technical upskilling. This reflective process resulted in an informed and authentic career vision focused on education, HR, and public health communication.
