This task constitutes Part 2 of a 5,000-word final paper focused on analysing and planning for organisational improvement in an educational setting. While Part 1 explored organisational effectiveness at Footscray Learning Precinct Secondary College (FLPSC), Part 2 presents a strategic and future-focused improvement plan, aligning the school’s vision with global educational trends and uncertainties. The requirement was to provide evidence-informed, forward-thinking strategies under one unified introduction and conclusion. Drawing upon core course texts, particularly works by Gurr, Jarni, and Taylor (2024; 2025), the paper integrates theoretical models such as Futures Thinking, Leadership in Uncertain Times, and the New Pedagogies for Deep Learning (NPDL) framework. Four critical domains were examined: (1) AI-driven leadership and governance, (2) curriculum and deep learning transformation, (3) future-focused wellbeing systems, and (4) organisational adaptability and innovation. Each section combines local contextual analysis with international trends (OECD, UNESCO, WEF) and practical implementation strategies, including AI integration, agile innovation cycles, and wellbeing frameworks. The resulting paper offers a visionary yet practical roadmap tailored for FLPSC's evolving educational landscape.
