This assessment required a 2,500-word individual essay critically examining four core areas of international Human Resource Management (HRM): Culture, Diversity Management, International Performance Management, and Training & Development. The essay needed to analyse relevant academic literature and apply theoretical frameworks in the context of the provided case study, Jet Stream Aircraft. The goal was to assess the challenges faced by the organization, evaluate HR practices, and offer actionable recommendations. In response, the essay applied relevant HRM theories such as Hofstede’s Cultural Dimensions, Schein’s Organisational Culture Model, Social Identity Theory, and the Balanced Scorecard. Literature was critically evaluated to identify gaps in Jet Stream’s practices and to support the development of strategic recommendations. The conclusion synthesized insights from the analysis to propose an integrated HRM framework for enhanced organizational performance in global operations.
