The task required selecting and commenting on three unique highlights from an article, ensuring they were not already used by other students. Each highlight needed to be accompanied by a brief, original comment that reflected critical thinking and interpretation, without summarising. To approach this, I carefully read through the article, avoiding lines that had already been marked or discussed. I focused on selecting statements that revealed interesting insights about leadership, decision-making, and company culture. For each, I aimed to provide a concise yet thoughtful comment that added value and showed understanding beyond the literal meaning. I avoided general or overly descriptive responses, and instead focused on implications, relevance, and context. This approach helped me demonstrate analytical thinking while also adhering to the word count and instruction not to duplicate what others had already used.
